Dear Malaysian Teams
Greetings from Shell!
We’ve finally landed on a date for the event- it will be held on
May 24, 2011
The tentative programme is as follows.
Please email and advise me on the following as soon as you can:
1. Will your team be able to attend the event?
i. Please provide the attendees full names and designations (if lecturers). We’d like to invite all 8 team members as well as your teacher advisors – let me know how many will be attending? If more would like to join let me know.
2. We would like to invite you to display your vehicle at the event and take part in the symbolic flag-off. Will your vehicle be ready to participate?
3. If your vehicle is not ready for the flag-off then we’d like to invite you to set up a static display on the designs/drawings/technology behind your vehicle. Do ensure that your display is interactive and engaging so visitors can see andtouch your vehicle. We will provide you with a table/2 chairs and a power outlet – you’ll need to bring the rest for your display.
This event will be a great platform to showcase your team to the media and key reps from MOSTI, MOHE, Shell and others.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks.
